3. Metadata Security & AI Handling
SF-EXIT.AI follows strict enterprise protocols for AI processing:
- Zero-Training Policy: We use Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini) for migration logic. Your metadata is never used to train the underlying AI models.
- In-Memory Processing: Metadata processed via our Agentic AI is handled in transient memory. We do not store your source code on our permanent servers unless explicitly required for a managed migration service.
- Data Sovereignty: For customers in the UAE, we utilize regional data centers to ensure compliance with local data residency laws.
4. How We Use Information
We use your data to:
- Provide and maintain our migration services.
- Communicate updates regarding your waitlist status.
- Analyze and improve our Agentic AI generation quality.
5. Third-Party Services
We leverage industry-standard infrastructure providers to deliver our services:
- Google Cloud Platform: For AI inference and backend hosting.
- Netlify: For website hosting.
